• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
• A Consultation and Test patch are required at least 24 hours before treatment. Treatment cannot be carried out if you do not have a Consultation and Test patch.
• To secure your consultation, a £50 booking fee is required. The booking fee will be deducted from your total price on the day of your treatment.
• If you need to cancel your appointment, please give a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
• Booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to attend your appointment.
• Booking fee will be carried over to the next appointment if rescheduling before the 48 hours cancellation period.
• No show will require full payment before re-booking.
• Pictures may be taken before, during and after treatment for reference purposes, and they may be used for marketing purposes on my website (heartingbeauty.com) or social media.
• I am not able to guarantee complete, 100% successful results. During the consultation, I will design your PMU, discuss the expected outcome from all aspects, and answer all your questions. Different skin types heal and take pigment differently, as we are all unique, and our skin is unique too. Some skin types heal quicker and take pigments better than others. Results vary depending on health condition, lifestyle and aftercare. One Follow up session is necessary in almost all cases.
• Follow-up appointments must be within 6-12 weeks of your initial appointment.
• Follow-up treatment over 12 weeks may be charged as a Colour Boost.
