Corneotherapy is a scientific approach to skincare that focuses on repairing and maintaining the skin barrier. Unlike traditional beauty therapy that often treats only visible symptoms, Corneotherapy addresses the root causes of skin concerns by enhancing your skin's natural processes. It utilises products that are biomimetic (similar to your skin's natural chemistry) and avoids harsh ingredients that can damage the skin barrier. This approach is particularly beneficial for those with naturally sensitive skin, chronic, inflammatory skin conditions, like acne, rosacea, and any ageing concerns.

For most treatments, it's best to arrive with clean skin free of makeup. For waxing treatments, hair should be approximately 6mm long (about 2-3 weeks of growth). For tinting services, a patch test is required 24 hours before your first appointment. If you're unsure about preparation for your specific treatment, please contact me before your appointment and I'll be happy to advise. I recommend wearing comfortable clothing and avoiding excessive sun exposure or exfoliation immediately before facial treatments.

I accept debit and some credit cards, cash, and bank transfers. Payment is due at the time of service. For regular clients, I offer package deals and treatment courses which can be discussed during your consultation. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

I kindly ask that you attend your appointment on your own. Due to the limited space in my treatment room and to maintain a relaxing environment, I do not allow companions inside the premises during treatments. Additionally, for safety reasons, children are not permitted in the treatment area. This policy ensures that I can provide you with the highest quality of care and maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all clients. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please let me know in advance so I can make appropriate arrangements.

The frequency of treatments depends on your specific skin concerns and goals. For Corneotherapy facial treatments, I typically recommend starting with a series of 4-6 treatments spaced 2-4 weeks apart to address specific concerns, followed by maintenance treatments every 4-8 weeks. For hair removal services such as waxing, treatments are usually scheduled every 4-6 weeks, while threading may be needed every 2-3 weeks. During your initial consultation, I'll create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your individual needs and lifestyle.
