Important information about appointment cancellations
I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. To respect the time of all clients, I kindly request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) and no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee must be paid prior to booking future appointments.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me directly via WhatsApp or text message at 07729 466501 as soon as possible.
In cases of genuine emergency or illness, the cancellation fee may be waived at my discretion with appropriate documentation.
